Admission & Fee Policies :

• Admission Fees: Admission fees are variable and may change each academic year as decided by the management committee.
• Refund of Fees: Admission fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Only tuition fees may be considered for refund if a written request is submitted within 30 days from the date of admission and before the commencement of classes.

Uniform Policy :

• Wearing the prescribed school uniform is mandatory for all students on all working days.

Withdrawal Policy :

• Students who apply for a Transfer Certificate in the middle of the academic year must pay the full fees for the remaining months of the academic session.
• Applicable transfer charges will also need to be paid.

Discipline & General Conduct :

• Personal hygiene and cleanliness must be maintained at all times.
• Jewellery is not allowed except for small ear studs.
• Nails must be neatly trimmed. Use of makeup, nail polish, or mehendi (henna) is strictly prohibited.
• Carrying toys, personal books (except textbooks and library books), or unnecessary items to school is not allowed.
• The school is not responsible for any lost books, money, or belongings. Students must take care of their personal items.
• Bringing large sums of money or valuable items to school is strongly discouraged.

Prohibited Items :

• Mobile phones, CDs, pen drives, and other electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited on school premises.

Language Policy :

• All students are expected to speak in English during school hours to promote better communication skills.

Attendance Requirement :

• A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory to be eligible for promotion to the next class or participation in examinations.
